The Innopolis Special Economic Zone presented its solutions at the stand of the Russia Halal Expo exhibition, which takes place within the framework of the XIV International Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum".

Oleg Protopopov, Director of the Investment Attraction Department of the Innopolis SEZ, said that Innopolis is represented at the international exhibition by eight federal companies that represent federal-level solutions. The main task is to introduce these companies to each other.

"Now one of our main focuses is to attract high—tech industries. This is how the entire infrastructure is built for IT companies. One of the new projects is the construction of a technopark in the field of high technologies. These are production facilities for high-tech industries. This is important because there are benefits and preferences for IT specialists as for accredited IT companies from the Ministry of Finance. But those who produce software and hardware complexes, they sometimes find themselves outside the brackets and they cannot assemble, for example, a drone in a technopark. They need a ready-made building where they can quickly enter and start production. We built it, put into operation 10 thousand square meters. m. Half is already occupied and half we are now filling with new residents, whom we are looking for right here at the exhibition," Protopopov said.

The director also spoke about the desire for international cooperation. "A large delegation from Turkey and Iran came to us. We are open to cooperation. If cooperation is being formed somewhere, if we can organize it, then we certainly do it," the manager shared.
