Economy and culture: Turkey aims to develop cooperation with Russia

On May 19, within the framework of the XIV International Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum", a press conference "Economic relations between Turkey and Russia and the economic potential of Turkish participants at the Russia Halal Expo" was held.

Uzeyir Ishik, Deputy Secretary General of the Union of Service Exporters (HIB), spoke in detail about customs services and the economies of the Republic of Turkey.

"The Association of Service Exporters includes work to help the development of the country's economy. Just as you visit us for a holiday in Antalya, so we study at Tatar and Russian universities. This strengthens the friendship between the countries," Ishik said.

Yunus Ete, President of the Association of Organizers of International Exhibitions, said that the halal sector has grown to $ 8 million, and at the moment there is work in the service sector and others. "We participate in the exhibition with companies that are engaged in exports and services. The halal sector in Turkey has been increased to $ 8 million," Ete shared.

The press conference was attended by the President of the Federation of Chefs of Turkey Oner Chulfaz. Being a member of the judging panel, Chulfaz mentioned the battle of chefs for the KazanForum trophy. The event, in his opinion, promotes mutual study of Turkish and Tatar cultures.

"It is an honor for us to introduce Turkish and Tatar cuisine to each other and strengthen the kitchen and restaurant sphere of both countries," said the president of the Federation of Chefs.
