Galina Karelova spoke about the work of the Eurasian Women's Forum. 26 projects are being implemented within the scope of the Forum; most of which are aimed specifically at health care. A new trend in health care is rehabilitation, as after COVID and other diseases.

Oksana Drapkina in her report focused on technologies for saving people and preserving health. It considers public health as the science of shaping a health-preserving environment and its extension throughout the entire life.

Men live 10 years less than women; the absence of marriage is a death risk factor for men older than 55 years.

The Russian Prevention Shield initiative, which brings together medical professionals and coaches, aims at reduction of non-contagious diseases burden, the main cause of premature death in the Russian Federation. The major focus of the project is on the prevention and early detection of cardiovascular diseases, the formation of commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

The PlayBook application has been developed in Bahrain, which is a tool to reach psychological and physical health of women, their sense of well-being, and the state of the family. It is an app and a tool for networking in the Middle East. The application offers access to MK (culture, awareness, cinema, design), webinars on various topics, a bulletin board for job search and job posting, live and face-to-face events, a library.

Lyudmila Shcherbakova shared the figures: 63% of workers in pharmaceutical sphere are women, 89% of workers in chemists shop are women.

Lamia Mahmoud noted two strong trends in healthcare: the application of innovations and personalized medicine.

Sakine Babayeva: “If we stick all together, we will be stronger!” She focused on institutional and legislative mechanisms related to healthcare. It is necessary to adopt laws on the basis of which it will be possible to apply new created methodology related to health saving.

Elena Aksenova mentioned trends in personalization and digitalization. Modern technology makes it possible to detect negative changes in advance. The world is developing in the direction of disease prediction and prevention.
