Description:

The speakers noted the shift in attention towards Southeast Asia and to the fact that the responsibility of a multipolar world formation is borne by the young people.

According to Lenar Fayzutdinov, First Deputy General Director of Dialog, ANO, the people born after 2000, in the period of 10 years, will make up 60% of the working-age population in the world.

During the session, the speakers came to the conclusion that it is mandatory that a diplomat should be proficient in IT technologies in order to be effective in work; besides, there is a need to discuss and formulate a common regulatory framework for digitalization.
