Mubina Khodjaeva noted that the promotion of Russian educational services is a priority in the educational policy of Tajikistan: “There are no other alternatives than the Russian language as the language of interethnic communication in Tajikistan.” More than a million textbooks and books have been donated to schools in Tajikistan. Now there are programs in Tajikistan for studying the Russian language in Russian as well, which makes it possible to form the traditions of the new school.

To date, 500 students from Indonesia are studying in Russia.

Russian education is beginning to compete with Arab universities reproducing the Euro-Atlantic academic model.

The programs of pedagogical universities are in demand in the OIC countries, which should become drivers for the implementation of the Concept of the Humanitarian Policy of the Russian Federation abroad.
