The participants of the session considered international instruments, mechanisms and examples of platforms in the field of development of highly qualified specialists. Representatives of Iran shared their practice and experience in obtaining qualification skills using the example of ITC-Iran TVTO (more than 6,000 experience exchange practices).

The tasks of increasing the competitiveness of graduates, issues of education and development of digital technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic were announced. Educational trends are very relevant for this Republic, where the population is about 7 million people and 46% of the population is under the age of 25 years. At the same time, there are problems with the teaching staff formation, as the teachers leave training for business due to the low level of wages.

Particular attention was paid to the development of digital and technological competencies through the IT Parks, including in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Educational trends are also very relevant for this Republic, where the population is about 36 million people and 60% of the population is under the age of 29 years.

Special attention in Russia is paid to the technological sphere. With the help of WorldSkills and DigitalSkills, we have learned how to bring together technological approaches that exist in the world industry, and have grown the network of partners and competencies.

These competitions are also important on the world stage for interrelation and cooperation. For example, WorldSkills-2019 was attended by the guests from 88 countries, and participants were present from 63 countries.

Engineering professions are needed here and now, and they should be the best in the country.

Finally, the speakers came to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop international competencies, create new joint educational programs and courses, advanced training courses using the best practices in the Russian Federation and the countries of the Islamic world.

At the end of the section, Memorandums were signed between the Russian Federation and Iran, the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan.
