Within the framework of the XIV International Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2023" the presentation and teaser trailer of the cartoon about the national Tatar hero named Tugan Batyr was held. The first series will be available to viewers in 2024, each season will consist of 52 episodes of 6 minutes, the developers said.
"Our project is about love. About love for the land, native language, people, homeland and traditional values," said Radik Abdrakhmanov, founder of the "Tugan Batyr" project, co-founder of the national tourist complex "Tugan Avilym", member of the Public Council under the Investment Development Agency of the RT, Vice President of ARIO.
The book of the same name by folk writer Zulfat Hakim, on the basis of which a number of multimedia and other products are created, has already won the nomination for a children's book among Russian writers. "I think fairy tales are necessary. They accompany our lives and broadcast unchanging values, teaching us to distinguish good from evil," says Hakim. The second book about the hero's journey has already been developed, and the idea of the third book will be about happiness, the writer assured.
By 2026, the project team has set a goal to become the leading project in the country and to enter the top 3 in Russia, as well as in the Middle East, Turkey, North Africa and other countries. There is already an agreement on the presentation of the project to partners from Kazakhstan and Turkey: the book will also be translated into Turkish. The project will also go on the stock exchange and become available to the whole Turkic-Arabic world, Abdrakhmanov said.
The participants also spoke about the brand, under the sign of which a set of measures to create and popularize the image of the Tatar Tugan Batyr among children and youth is implemented. The unique project for the development and education of the younger generation includes a book in 3 languages, a cartoon, computer games, comics, and souvenir products.
Ildar Nizameyev, director of the IT company ILAR, said that in 1.5 months the project reached 5.5 million people. "Tugan Batyr is a collective image of traditional values. The project itself is developing as a fitdigital system, that is, in addition to the book, the neural network collects the visual image. The cover has come to life," he said.
At the XIV International Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2023" the stand is very popular, the conference participants noted, and the finished product will be designed for children and adults.
