Transport services
On May 12 to May 18 round-the-clock arrival and departure services will be organized for the Forum participants according to the arrival and departure schedule (specified in the participants accreditation system).
Transfers are provided to/from the following arrival and departure points to/from official places of accommodation.
Official arrival and departure points:Kazan International Airport, Kazan-1 and Kazan-2 railway stations.
The Forum participants will be provided with regular bus service (“shuttle” system) according to special routes and schedules from official places of accommodation to the Forum venue (Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center) and back.

The Forum participants will be provided with regular bus service (“shuttle” system) according to special routes and schedules from the Forum venue (Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center) to the International Trade Fair “Kazan Halal Market” and to the city center (Ploshchad Tukaya bus stop).

If you get to the Kazan Expo IEC by a private vehicle, you can use free outdoor parking (Р7-10).
For the convenience of the Forum participants and guests, an internal shuttle service will be organized between the accreditation center and main entrance (G1).
The service is provided on May 14-16 from 08:30 to 17:30, every 5 minutes.
