It is necessary to raise awareness and respect for the culture of diversity, increase public understanding of values, customs, cultures, and demonstrate mutual respect for the culture and history of our countries.

Space must be given to the private sector to play a role in the promotion of cultural values.

The proposals: to revive the Peoples' Friendship Society, to revive the practice of cultural festivals, to create a unified portal regarding the culture of the peoples living in the CIS, to establish an international award in the field of cultural initiatives.
