A session for developers moderated by Taliya Minullina will be held at the “Kazanysh” International Forum

On 7 February, a panel session “Enhancing investment attractiveness of development projects through effective city-planning policies” will be held within the framework of the International Architecture and Construction Forum “Kazanysh”. The session will be organised by the creators of the International Property Market, a worldwide exhibition in the field of real estate.
The speakers include:
• Gil Penalosa (Canada/Colombia), a global expert in the creation of public spaces; President of “Gil Penalosa & Associates”; Academic Chair at the Norman Foster Institute for Sustainable Cities; Expert Advisor in the field of public spaces and sustainable mobility; ranked 24th in the list of Most Influential Urbanists by the Planetizen independent community in 2023. He became internationally renowned for his work on parks and urban renewal in a number of cities across Europe and America after implementing a programme to create and develop more than 200 parks in Bogotá, Colombia.
• Vicente Loureiro (Brazil), architect; Counsellor to the Transport Agency of Rio de Janeiro State; developer of large-scale urban development projects in a number of cities in Brazil with extensive experience in senior positions in the field of public administration and urban planning.
• Urmat Karybaev (Kyrgyzstan), Chief Architect of Bishkek; specialist in urban planning policy; founder of the “UK-Architects” International Architecture Company .
• Oleg Grigoriev (Russia), Director of the State Budgetary Institution “Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan”.• Arina Sudakova (Russia), CEO of the “Evolution” Creative Agency; expert in integration of creative solutions into development projects. The Evolution team has created more than 100 architectural concepts and developed designs for IT parks in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny, as well as interiors and the name for the IT city of Innopolis, and logos for a number of “Ak Bars Holding” companies.
The session will be moderated by Taliya Minullina, Chief Executive of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency. The Event will bring together leading experts in the field of development, urban planning, and architecture, and will serve as a platform for sharing experience and discussing the best global practices, as well as successful cases implemented in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The session will precede the International Property Market 2025, which will be held on 15–16 May as part of the International Economic Forum “Russia –– Islamic World: KazanForum” 2025 at the Kazan Expo. At the Exhibition, the Forum Participants will have an opportunity to extend their awareness of global trends in sustainable development, present their projects to investors, and raise their market profile.
“International partnership is not just about export-import operations. It is joint research and development, exchange of best practices, and certainly investments,” Taliya Minullina noted.
