Russia Halal Expo 2025: Largest Exhibition of Economic, Scientific and Technological Co-operation to be held in Kazan

Russia Halal Expo 2025, the largest international exhibition of investment and infrastructure projects in Russia, will be held at the International Exhibition Centre “Kazan Expo” from 14 to 16 May. The Event will be held as part of the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum”, which will allow the participants not only to present their products, but also to build rapport with businessmen, investors, and government officials from different countries.
“Halal today is an international quality standard. Russia is actively developing the export of halal products, and our Exhibition gives entrepreneurs a powerful tool for entering new markets and finding reliable partners. The participation of more than 80 countries makes this Event unique in its prospects,” said Taliya Minullina, Head of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and member of the KazanForum Federal Organising Committee.
In 2024, around 324 companies participated in the exhibition, while the exposition occupied 42 thousand square metres. It is expected that the number of the Russia Halal Expo participants will continue to grow in 2025.
The exhibition will cover 8 key areas:
- Investment and Infrastructure Projects: an opportunity to attract partners and financing;
- Technological Alliances: mutually beneficial projects in the field of Islamic economy;
- B2B Platform: presentation of products from large, as well as small and medium businesses;
- International Exhibition Stands: participation of companies from different countries;
- Russian Regions: demonstration of the potential of regional producers;
- Partners and Sponsors: leading players of the halal industry market;
- Islamic Finance: business financing instruments based on the Shari’ah rules;
- Mechanical Engineering: equipment for the production presented by the leaders of the segment.
It bears mentioning that the XVI International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” will be held in Kazan from 13 to 18 May. Crucial issues of the Islamic economy development and international co-operation will be discussed at the Forum.
