International Property Market (IPM) to Take Place in Kazan on 14-16 May

International Property Market (IPM), an international exhibition and conference in the field of real estate, development, architecture, and design, will be held for the second time on 14-16 May as part of the International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum”. It will bring together leading experts, investors, and developers from different countries, and open new opportunities for international co-operation. The Exhibition is dedicated to the economic efficiency of the construction and development industry in Russia and abroad, and will become one of the main platforms for direct dialogue between developers and the public sector in the country.

The total area of the IPM Exhibition will make up more than 10,000 square metres. The largest Russian and foreign developers, architects, and leading construction companies will present their top-of-the-line products and debut new projects.

The participants of the IPM Exhibition should expect an extensive business programme.

Several sections of the business programme will be moderated and organised by the Ministry of Construction, Housing, and Utilities of the Russian Federation. This course of the programme is expected to provide an opportunity for discussing the most urgent requests of developers and construction companies amongst the highest levels of representatives, as well as allowing for a discussion of possible measures aimed at supporting the construction market.

For Russian property developers, the Exhibition will become a platform for finding partners in the Islamic world and MENA countries. In turn, foreign investors will be able to learn about promising Russian projects. Leading companies from Tatarstan, Russian regions, Turkey, and Baku have confirmed their participation in the Exhibition.

Islam and Built Environment International Symposium, IBEIS 2025, will be held on 15–16 May 2025 within the framework of IPM. This event will bring together leading scientists, architects, practicing urbanists, as well as representatives of state and religious organisations to discuss the integration of Islamic values into the concept of sustainable urban development.
