Vladimir Putin Met with Emir of Qatar in the Kremlin

Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation, held talks with Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, who arrived in Russia on an official visit.
The meeting lasted for over two and a half hours, and the first negotiations were conducted in a small group. Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Anton Siluanov, Minister of Finance; Denis Manturov, First Deputy Prime Minister; Yury Ushakov, Aide to the President; Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Chechen Republic; Elvira Nabiullina, Governor of the Bank of Russia; and Igor Sechin, CEO of Rosneft, comprised the Russian side.
The extended talks continued over an official breakfast.
Following the meeting, a ceremony for the exchange of signed documents took place in the presence of the leading figures.
