International Property Market (IPM) to Become Part of KazanForum 2025

The second International Property Market (IPM) –– an international specialised exhibition and conference in real estate, development, architecture and design –– will be held from 14 to 16 May this year. Featured in KazanForum Business Programme, the Exhibition will become one of the largest professional platforms in Russia for holding direct dialogue between business, expert community, and the state.
The IPM 2025 exhibition portion will cover an area of more than 5,000 square metres. So far, 28 developers and builders from Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, UAE, and other foreign countries have confirmed their participation; furthermore, developers from Turkey, UAE, Malaysia, and MENA countries will be represented as well. Beyond that, 9 relevant organisations from Russia and 3 Associations –– ‘‘NOTECH’’, ‘‘NOTIM’’, ‘‘RSS’’ –– will also take part as exhibitors.
The companies will present both their well-known projects as well as advance developments that will be debuted at IPM. Special attention will be paid to the economic efficiency of solutions; tools for attracting investment; sustainability issues; enhancement of international partnerships; and digitalisation.
The IBEIS 2025 –– Islam and Built Environment International Symposium –– will take place during the Exhibition. This is the key event of the international stature that will feature architects, urbanists, researchers, and representatives of state and religious structures. The Symposium will focus on the role Islamic values play in the sustainable development of the urban environment; inclusive design and engineering; cultural identity; social commitment; regenerative construction; and green architectural practices.
‘‘The International Economic Forum ‘Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum’ is designed to deepen and strengthen the strategic partnership between Russia and the Islamic world. To add to his, the Forum has become a lodestone for representatives of the construction industry. This Event facilitates the formation of new partnerships, the discussion of innovative solutions, and the establishment of vectors guiding the industry’s future development.
