Tatarstan once again took the second place in the National Investment Climate Rating

The new state of the investment climate in the regions of Russia in 2025 was presented at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Tatarstan has once again confirmed its strong position, taking the honorable second place. Moscow became the leader of the rating, the Nizhny Novgorod region also took the second place.
According to Taliya Minullina, head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, the Republic is showing stable growth: investments in fixed assets for the 1st quarter of 2025 amounted to 357.6 billion rubles, which is 138.4% more compared to the same period last year!
Tatarstan has been ranked second in the ranking since 2019, and from 2014 to 2017 it was ranked first. The Agency actively studies best practices and implements international standards in investment activities.
As one of the most active participants in the Republic's external relations, the Agency initiates the organization and holding of the largest existing and new congress and exhibition events, including the International Economic Forum "Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum", the International Forum "SPROUTS: Russia and China mutually beneficial cooperation", "TIME: Tatarstan – India".
