A Book Fund on Islamic Finance will be Established in Kazan

On February 13, 2026, the delivery ceremony of the books on Islamic finance will be held at the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan. The ceremony will mark the launch of the Republic’s first collection of specialized literature dedicated to the principles and practices of Islamic (partnership) finance.
“As interest in Islamic finance grows among businesses and the public, the need for reference materials is growing. Knowledge is not only an advantage, but a prerequisite for successful international cooperation. This is especially true when interacting with partners from the Islamic world, where competence, professionalism, and a deep understanding of cultural nuances are highly valued,” noted Taliya Minullina, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency.
