Ugandan Delegation Invited to KazanForum 2026

On March 3 and 4, a delegation from the Embassy of the Republic of Uganda, led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Mr. Moses Kawaaluuko Kizige, is on a working visit to the Republic of Tatarstan.
The visit is aimed at developing trade and economic, investment, and technological cooperation.
The visit’s program includes meetings with government officials and business community representatives, visits to the Republic’s leading universities, and a tour of Tatarstan’s innovation and industrial infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to digital technologies, industrial cooperation, education, and training of personnel.
During one of the meetings, Taliya Minullina, Chief Executive of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency and member of the Federal Organizing Committee of the International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum 2026”, invited representatives from Uganda to participate in the Forum, which traditionally serves as a platform for expanding international partnerships and launching new joint projects.
