Russia's Largest Halal Fair to Open at KazanForum
As part of the XVII International Economic Forum "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum", the international trade fair Kazan Halal Market will begin its work on 12 May at the Agro Industrial Park “Kazan”.

The Fair will bring together around 100 companies from Russia and foreign countries, including Afghanistan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, India, Saudi Arabia, and Sudan.

Visitors will be able to explore a wide range of halal products and purchase food items, confectionery, clothing, cosmetics, and everyday consumer goods. All products have undergone a mandatory audit for compliance with "Halal" standards, including checks on raw materials, premises, and equipment.

“The Kazan Halal Market makes up one of the most visited venues at KazanForum year after year, reflecting Tatarstan’s increasingly important role as a centre for the development of the halal industry and international trade with countries of the Islamic world,” Taliya Minullina, a member of the Forum’s Federal Organising Committee and Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, commented.

The Fair will run from 12 to 17 May, 08:00 to 19:00, at 2 Agrarnaya Street, Kazan. Admission is free.
