Exhibition and Conference Kicks Off at the “Russia – Islamic World” Forum
The International Property Market (IPM) 2026 Exhibition and Conference has opened at the Kazan Expo IEC. The event features a business programme with this year's main focus – the development and integration of artificial intelligence into the construction industry.

Over three days, more than 150 speakers from Russia and 18 foreign countries will address 18 industry sessions. Government representatives, developers, investors, architects and technology companies will discuss how AI, digital data and new technological solutions are transforming design, construction management, integrated territorial development and the business models of construction companies.

On 13 May, the interactive platform “I am a Builder of the Future” will be in operation. This project is aimed at career guidance for schoolchildren and students in construction and urban planning. Other planned sessions include: “The Architectural Code of the Era: National Heritage and Sustainable Urban Development in the Context of Global Cooperation”; “Evaluating the Effectiveness of PPP/PFP Projects and Determining Comparative Advantage: How the Methodology Has Changed and What to Prepare For”; “New Approaches to Construction. Innovative Construction Solutions and Materials for Russia and the Islamic World”; “Commercial Real Estate: The New Economics of Development”.
Interactive formats include the business game “ZASTROY-KA: Team Breakthrough” from Ak Bars Dom, in which students will design a residential complex while managing limited resources. The game provides practical insight into how to allocate time and budget efficiently.

The workshop “A New Cycle of Construction: How to Grow through Technology, Partnerships and Systemic Management” will be dedicated to the comprehensive transformation of the construction business. Speakers will explain how companies can adapt to new market conditions – implementing AI and digital tools, building a transparent operational model, and preparing projects to attract partners and investment.

The extensive programme of the International Property Market (IPM) Exhibition and Conference will run until 15 May. The plenary session, scheduled for 14 May, will focus on the role of artificial intelligence in the construction industry.

Access to the Forum venue and its business programme is free upon presentation of a badge.
