The application campaign of volunteers for KazanForum-2026 has started in Kazan

Volunteer applications are now being accepted for the 17th International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” (hereinafter referred to as the Forum). Applications can be submitted at http://volunteers.dspkazan.com/.
Every year, volunteers provide support in organising official sessions at the main venue of the Kazan Expo IEC and assist the Forum participants and guests at individual event venues.
This year, 650 volunteers will be selected to assist at the Forum: 580 from Kazan and 70 from the Russian Federation. As usual, volunteers will be appointed to more than 25 functional areas and represented in the following positions:
•Volunteers of the official Forum program;
•Attachés;
•Volunteers of service areas.
Volunteer requirements:
•16 years old and above;
•knowledge of English at an intermediate level or higher (depending on the requirements of the functional area);
•advantage: knowledge of other foreign languages (French/Arabic);
•readiness and desire to assist throughout the entire duration of the Forum, as well as mandatory participation in all preparatory stages.
The next stage of the volunteer programme is volunteer recruitment which starts on February 10, 2026. Candidates will be asked to describe their interests, skills, experience, and aspirations, as well as the specific position they would most like to help with. A recruiter will also check their English proficiency, and if the interview is successfully completed, the candidate will be offered the appropriate position.
The recruitment of volunteers will last until March 31, 2026, and training for selected candidates will start in mid-April 2026.
The Roscongress Foundation acts as the Operator for the preparation and holding of the Event and the executive directorate of the operator is the ANO “Directorate for Sports and Social Projects”.
