First Ever International Investment and Infrastructure Exhibition to be Held During KazanForum

From 13 to 15 May, over 200 ready made investment solutions from various regions of Russia will be showcased in Cluster C of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre, covering an area of almost 1,800 square metres.
The exhibits will span across industry; agriculture and food; tourism; sport; entertainment; the living environment; culture and the creative industries; digital technologies and IT; logistics; and transport sectors. A number of individual companies will also share their proposals alongside regional and republican district projects. In such a way, Tatarstan will become a hub for different districts to share their infrastructure investment ideas.
The Exhibition’s unique role is to serve as a platform for investment projects developers, government bodies, and the business community to freely interact with each other. The participants will have the opportunity to present their designs free of charge, as well as hold talks and consultations with private investors, public authorities, international funds, and financial institutions.
“KazanForum is a truly extraordinary event, because it allows investors from all over the world to come together in one place. The key for business participants is to be open to dialogue, which means having a clear negotiating position with transparent entry and exit terms for financial, technological, and other partners. The Exhibition is arranged in such a way that the entrepreneurs can receive feedback from industry professionals and thus refine their investment proposals. Furthermore, all the projects proposed can be implemented using Islamic finance tools,” Taliya Minullina, a member of the Federal Organising Committee and Head of the Tatarstan Investment Development Agency, commented.
The list of contenders that applied to take part in the Exhibition is already being finalised. Representatives from the Republic of Buryatia; Kamchatka, Primorsky, and Khabarovsk Krais; and the Kemerovo, Kursk, Penza, Pskov, Saratov, Tyumen, Ulyanovsk, and Chelyabinsk regions, among many others, have confirmed their participation.
