KazanForum to See Global Developers at the International Property Exhibition

One of the key industry events at the International Economic Forum “Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum” will be the third International Property Exhibition, taking place from 13 to 15 May 2026. This year, it will be held in Cluster A, the main pavilion of the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre.

The Exhibition will bring together top of the line projects from Russian and international developers and companies operating in the construction market. Both new residential and mixed use complexes, as well as industry solutions: building materials, engineering equipment, digital services, software, and other technologies that are already transforming approaches to the design, construction, and management of properties will be highlighted at the Exhibition. It will serve as a unique platform for facilitating high level business engagement throughout real estate, construction, and regional development, featuring Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction, Housing, and Utilities of the Russian Federation.

Thanks to the hands on focus of the business programme, the participants will be able to identify specific solutions and practical tools across the entire investment and construction cycle: from public private partnership mechanisms and integrated regional development to the implementation of artificial intelligence, digital twins, and technologies designed to boost labour productivity. The ways of co ordinating the construction materials standards, seismic safety, the development of coastal areas and yacht tourism, as well as new models of investment co operation will be addressed during the separate international track of the programme, dedicated to Russia’s collaborative relationship with countries of the Islamic world.
