Out-of-town tour to the Island-town of Sviyazhsk
Island-town of Sviyazhsk is an ancient stronghold, built in the Middle Ages during the reign of Ivan the Terrible. It served as a military outpost in the Volga region and a place of rest and training for military units to march on the impregnable fortress of Kazan. The Island-town of Sviyazhsk is renowned for its history, the spirit of Orthodox culture, the beauty of the natural and urban landscape. On the island, you may visit unique monasteries: Bogoroditse-Uspensky (Assumption) Monastery and St John the Baptist Monastery with the most ancient church of Tatarstan.
Sightseeing tour of Kazan with a visit to the Kazan Kremlin
The sights of the thousand-year-old city combined the culture of the West and the traditions of the East. Out-of-town tour to the ancient city of Bolgar
Tour to the Bolgar Historical and Architectural Museum and Reserve – “the Bolgar Settlement”. You will visit all the sites that have been preserved on the territory of the ancient settlement: the Cathedral Mosque, the Eastern and Northern mausoleums, the Khan's tomb, the Small Minaret, the Black Chamber, the White Chamber, the Khan's bath, the Khan's Palace. Moreover, you will visit the Commemorative Sign, built in honour of the official adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgars in 922, where the largest Qur’an in the world is kept, as well as one of the most significant buildings that have enriched the modern collection of the architectural heritage of Tatarstan – Ak Mosque (White Mosque).
