Transport services
On May 12 to May 17 round-the-clock arrival and departure services will be organized for the Forum participants according to the arrival and departure schedule (specified in the participants accreditation system).
Transfers are provided to/from the following arrival and departure points to/from official places of accommodation. Official arrival and departure points: Kazan International Airport, Kazan-1 and Kazan-2 railway stations.
In addition, transfers from the Kazan International Airport to the city center (Ploshchad Tukaya bus stop) will be organized for the Forum participants on a fixed schedule on May 12-17, every hour, round-the-clock. To use the service, please contact the Forum Information Desk in the Terminal 1A.
The Forum participants will be provided with regular bus service (“shuttle” system) according to special routes and schedules from official places of accommodation/city center to the Forum venue (Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center) and back.

If you get to the Kazan Expo IEC by a private vehicle, you can use free outdoor parking (Р9).
For the convenience of the Forum participants and guests, an internal shuttle service will be organized between the accreditation center and main entrance (G1).
The service is provided on May 15-17 from 08:30 to 17:30, every 5 minutes.
