ANNEX No. 3 TO THE CONTRACT - OFFER AGREEMENT. The Organizing Committee has the right to refuse access to the venue with a full refund of the package cost in order to comply with fire, epidemiological safety, sanitary requirements, the threat of natural and man-made disasters, terrorist and extremist acts.
