Collecting accreditation documents

Access to the Forum venue

Access to the business programme site of the Forum is only granted with an accreditation badge and a vehicle pass.

Before visiting the Accreditation Center, please make sure that badges and vehicle passes are ready for pickup (information on badge and vehicle pass readiness is indicated in your Personal Account).

How to collect a participant badge?

Participant badges can be collected in person by presenting:

• an identification document with the personal data specified in the Personal Account.

• original consent to the personal data processing

How to collect a badge for another participant/group of participants?

When receiving a badge on behalf of another participant through a power of attorney, the authorized person must have:

• passport of the authorized person

• original power of attorney of a standard form

• list of participants (attached to the power of attorney)

• copies of the participants' passports

• original consent forms for processing personal data

How to collect a vehicle pass and driver’s badge?

A vehicle pass and driver’s badge can be picked up in person by the participant or driver upon presenting their identification document (passport) or by using a power of attorney.

The following documents are required for an authorized representative:

• their passport

• original power of attorney of a standard form*

• original consent of the driver for processing personal data**

Collecting Badges for Technical Staff and Exhibitors

Badges for technical staff and exhibitors are issued through a single accreditation package at the Accreditation Center No. 1, located at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center. (Kazan, 1 Vystavochnaya St, building 1)

The accreditation package is given out to the responsible person upon presenting:

• passport

• power of attorney

• list attached to the power of attorney (both can be printed from the Personal Account in the "Collecting the Accreditation Package" section)

• original consent forms for processing personal data for all staff members

Employees and exhibitors are not meant to pick-up the badges/passes in person!

We recommend collecting accreditation documents in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow or Kazan.

Activating an accreditation badge

Accreditation badges to access the venue are activated based on the PCR testing results. The test should be conducted at one of the specialized laboratories of Rospotrebnadzor equipped within the framework of the Forum. 

Information on the PCR testing procedure and specialized testing centers of the Forum is available on the website. Please stay updated for any changes.

Please note that PCR testing is not required to collect the badge. You can collect the accreditation badge first and then take the test, or vice versa.
