Collection of information on the presence of antibodies/vaccination

Results of a laboratory test for COVID-19 are entered into the Forum Access Control System via a unique ID number of a participant, which is assigned in the database to each person during the accreditation procedure.

A participant’s profile (Forum attendees, media representatives, technical staff, drivers) is automatically generated in the database for undergoing a test.

The profile contains a participant’s personal data, including information about vaccination against COVID-19 and measles, about past illness of COVID-19 and measles (no history of diseases), and his ID.

This profile is used to identify a participant in the laboratory.

Upon testing participants, an ID number of a participant and test type are additionally transmitted and recorded in the database of laboratories that conduct research.

Results of laboratory tests, as soon as they are received, are immediately provided by the laboratory to the Accreditation Center. The results of testing are entered into the database based on the provided results and then badges get activated.

If there is a positive test result for COVID-19, accreditation is automatically suspended and the authorities will take a decision on isolation of an infected person.
