I want to become a speaker

Please read the application guidelines carefully before submitting your application to participate as a speaker.

Before submitting an application, we recommend reviewing the “Useful Information” section and the event programme at the following link: https://disk.yandex.ru/d/PYxYge6GphLW0g.  This will help you choose a business programme for the next session and most effectively demonstrate your expertise.

Submitting an application to participate as a speaker indicates your interest in speaking at the event, but does not guarantee inclusion in the business program.

All applications received:

• They are pre-moderated, reviewed and agreed upon by the Forum's Organizing Committee;
• Assessed in terms of relevance to the topic of the sessions, relevance of the topic of the speech and the balance of the program.

Organizing Committee reserves the right to select speakers based on internal criteria and the business program concept.

The order of feedback:

• If your application is approved, the organizing committee will contact you using the contact information provided in your application.
• If your application is not selected, you will not receive an additional rejection notice.
• Re-submission of the application is possible when updating the program or opening additional sessions (please read the current program in the "Useful Information" section).

Requirements for candidates:

• Only adult candidates (18+) are allowed to apply (with the exception of candidates who have received a personal invitation from the organizing committee);
• The candidate must have a proven professional expertise in the declared topic of the presentation;
• Experience in public speaking, participation in business events, conferences, forums, or expert discussions is highly desirable;
• The candidate must be aware of the level and format of the event and be prepared for professional public communication, meaningful dialogue, and adherence to business regulations.

Applications for participation as a speaker are accepted until April 30, 2026 (inclusive). Applications submitted after the указанного срока will not be considered.

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• Have the right to present the announced topic and materials;
• Agree to the processing of personal data provided in the application form, as well as to their use by the organizing committee for the purpose of creating a business program and communicating with you regarding your participation.

By submitting an application via a form or a completed questionnaire by e-mail, you give your consent to the processing of the provided personal data by the event organizing committee, as well as their transfer to the event organizational partners. Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of reviewing the application, forming the business program and subsequent communication with candidates.
