Guests of KazanForum can taste dishes of the participants of the International Tournament of Young Chefs of Islamic Countries

"This year our tournament is held in a unique format. This is the first experience in the world when the dishes prepared by the finalists are adapted for sale to guests. Most of the time, at such competitions, only the judges can taste them. 

We are launching restaurants that will prepare tournament dishes in collaboration with young chefs. In each bento-box you can try national cuisines," said Mikhail Sharipov, Chairman of the Board of the Tatarstan Restaurant Association, at a press conference dedicated to the tournament.
