A Delivery Ceremony of the Books on Islamic Finance to the Library Collection was Held in Kazan

An official delivery ceremony of the books on Islamic (partnership) finance was held at the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan. The new collection will serve as the foundation for a collection of works on this economic sector, which will be freely accessible to anyone.
Amir Al-Mousa, Head of the AAOIFI Representative Center in Kazan, donated “Tafsir Hilal” an interpretation of the verses of the Holy Quran to the foundation. He also reminded about the AAOIFI Conference, which will be held as part of the KazanForum.
“This ceremony is not an ordinary event. Today, as part of the “Kazan – Cultural Capital of the Islamic World 2026” project, we are creating something that will outlast any program of events. Page by page, we are laying the foundation for future counterpart funding in the Russian Federation.
Let this library be a source of information that shapes decisions, a bridge that connects institutions, and a spark that will nurture talent for years to come.
