Quotas and the procedure for the participation of certain categories in the International Economic Forum "Russia – the Islamic World: KazanForum 2024" (May 14-19, 2024)

The procedure for the participation of representatives of foreign official delegations

The heads of delegations send the list of representatives to the Organizing Committee to participate in the forum.

quota for participation of foreign official delegations headed by Deputy Prime Ministers of countries without registration fee: 3 Premium packages + 3 Standard packages;
quota for participation of foreign official delegations headed by ministers of countries without registration fee: 2 Premium packages + 3 Standard packages;
quota for participation of foreign official delegations headed by other officials without registration fee: 1 Premium package + 2 Standard packages;
quota for participation of the diplomatic corps of the Russian Federation without registration fee: 1 Premium package + 1 Standard package;
quota for participation of international organizations without registration fee: 2 Premium packages + 3 Standard packages.

We draw your attention to the fact that the quotas (the number of packages of participants) are already indicated taking into account the deputy prime ministers of the countries, ministers of the countries, representatives of the diplomatic corps, representatives of international organizations and other officials mentioned in the list.

For official delegations represented at the level of Heads of State and Government, the decision on quotas is made by the Organizing Committee individually.

For official delegations that have facilities (business areas, meeting rooms), as well as those who are planning events at the Forum venue, additional technical badges may be issued to ensure the operation of facilities and business areas, as well as procedures for signing agreements. The access level of the technical badges corresponds to the location of the facility or negotiations.

Participants who have the status of a speaker are not counted in the delegation quota.

Meeting rooms and individual transport are provided at the expense of the sending party.

Quotas for the participation of representatives of the subjects of the Russian Federation

The heads of the subjects of the Russian Federation send representatives to the Organizing Committee to participate in the Forum

The heads of the subjects of the Russian Federation are invited by order of the Government of the Russian Federation. Each region has a quota of the head of the subject:

basic quota for participation of the head of the subject of the Russian Federation without registration fee: 2 Premium packages + 3 Standard packages;
basic quota in case of refusal of the head of the subject of the Russian Federation without registration fee: 1 Premium package + 2 Standard packages;
basic quota for participation of the head of the investment promotion agency without registration fee: 1 Standard package;
basic quota for the participation of the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the subject of the Russian Federation: 1 Standard package.

Representatives of organizations subordinate to the authorities of the Governments of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the subject of the Russian Federation in excess of the established quotas participate in the Forum on a paid basis. The participation of representatives of municipal entities within the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is carried out on a fee basis.

The cost of participation (registration fee) in the Forum for organizations subordinate to the authorities of the Governments of the subjects of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the subjects of the Russian Federation:

Premium package - 50,000 rubles (VAT is not charged);
Standard package - 25,000 rubles (VAT is not charged).

For the subjects of the Russian Federation that have facilities (business areas, meeting rooms), as well as those who are planning events at the Forum venue, additional technical badges may be issued to ensure the operation of facilities and business areas, as well as procedures for signing agreements. In the latter case, access to the venue is limited by the date of the signing ceremony. The access level of the technical badges corresponds to the location of the object.

If the head of the subject of the Russian Federation refuses to participate, the quota for the participation of the investment promotion agency does not change.

Participants who have the status of a speaker are not counted in the delegation quota. In exceptional cases, participation quotas may be expanded by decision of the Organizing Committee.

Meeting rooms and individual transport are provided at the expense of the sending party.

Quotas for the participation of representatives

of federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation

The heads of the federal executive authorities of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as FEA) are invited by order of the Government of the Russian Federation. The heads of the FEA send representatives to the Organizing Committee to participate in the Forum.

Quota of Deputy Prime Ministers of the Russian Federation: 2 Premium packages + 3 Standard packages.

Quota of FEA with the participation of the head: 2 Premium packages + 3 Standard packages.

Quota of FEA in case of refusal of the participation of the head: 2 Standard packages.

Representatives of the FEA participate in the Forum on a paid basis in excess of the established quotas.

Cost of participation (registration fee)* in the Forum for representatives of the FEA:

Premium package - 50,000 rubles (VAT is not charged);
Standard package - 25,000 rubles (VAT is not charged).

Additional technical badges may be issued by the decision of the Organizing Committee to ensure the operation of facilities and business areas, as well as procedures for signing agreements, for the federal executive authorities that have facilities (business areas, meeting rooms), as well as planning events at the Forum venue. Quotas for the participation of representatives of legislative bodies of state power of the Russian Federation

The participation of representatives of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation provides a quota of 1 Premium package + 1 Standard package.

The cost of participation (registration fee) in the Forum for initiative applications from representatives of legislative bodies of state power not specified in the written request:

Premium package - 50,000 rubles (VAT is not charged);
Standard package - 25,000 rubles (VAT is not charged).
