Galina Karelova noted the following trends: access to education for women is growing, the work of employment services has become personalized; she also raised the problem of access to markets, including export.
Veronika Nikishina, in her speech, emphasized the need to create support measures to facilitate the entry of women's entrepreneurship into export areas. The Russian Export Center is creating the appropriate infrastructure and support.
Oleg Bocharov especially noted the role of women in light industry. “The essence of the light industry is care and protection.”
Svetlana Orlova is engaged in audit of women's entrepreneurship: Today, 25% of small businesses can participate in procurement; unclaimed legal acts were abolished. She noted such trends as: development of family business and measures to support it; attention focus is on inclusion.
Cherkasova Nadia: 59% of women note the importance of being in the community. She supported the confirmation by figures: 90% of entrepreneurs trust the same entrepreneurs - and it is an enormous social capital. This is how the economy of trust is formed. An increase in trust in society by 10% leads to an increase in GDP. If confidence in society increases by 20%, then GDP will grow by 10%.
500,000 women a year in China are trained to become entrepreneurs.
The following solutions were proposed for the development of women's entrepreneurship:
-
Participation in forums of Arab countries;
-
Opening of joint ventures rather than buying franchises;
-
Participation in the image events of the Arab countries.
