The session of the Women's Outlook track brought together women actively engaged in political and public activities from Russia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Belarus and African countries.

President of the Association of Women in Africa Eppsé Noa Marie Angèle said that in Africa in the political sphere mainly men work, while women are engaged in children and households.

"In Cameroon from 2020, 52% of the population is women. And only 16% of ministerial positions are held by women. I became the first woman to take the mayor's seat," she said.

Svetlana Orlova, an auditor of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, said, "Women's leadership is the active representation of women in all bodies of power. In Russia we have practically no barriers for women's development. Because everything is enshrined in our basic law of the Constitution and the Family Code. 49% are women leaders," Orlova said.
