Grand Prix winner Redouane Ouadidou said that he brought Moroccan spices especially for the tournament in Kazan.

"I am proud that I was able to overcome everything, I am very satisfied with the organization and the work of the jury. I really enjoy cooking, no matter what kind of cuisine - Italian, Japanese, Russian or Tatar. But most of the products I brought with me, including spices that cannot be found here. I brought cumin, paprika, saffron, special Moroccan puff pastry and agar-agar," he said.

Brand-chef of Memsol Group of Companies, chef of "Cafe Skazka" LLC, chairman of the judging panel Andrey Sakhovsky noted that Redouane Ouadidou prepared almost all 9 dishes by himself - without assistants.
