“Russia traditionally attaches great importance to the development of friendly ties with Muslim countries <...> It is important that in the current challenging international climate our positions on key regional and global issues are largely aligned,” the Russian President said.
Vladimir Putin added that the countries together stand for building a just, democratic international order based on equality and the rule of law.
