Description:

Tatyana Bakalchuk noticed that competition instead of cooperation started to grow in the traditional female types of entrepreneurship - salons, kindergartens and social projects. The digital agenda is a new social elevator. Due to digitalization, a new age has come in the development of women's entrepreneurship.

Nasiba Miradilova cited the following figures: 25% of small businesses in Uzbekistan belong to women, and the goal is 40%. Support for women and their status in society is improving in the country.

In 2021, Uzbekistan allocated USD175 million for loans and subsidies for women.

Decrees and resolutions have been issued in Uzbekistan to improve the lives of women:

  1. Allocation of soft loans to women;

  2. Centers and clusters of women's handicrafts establishment;

  3. Promotion of product sales;

  4. Training women in entrepreneurship.

There is also a trend of women involvement in high technology.
